Outpost Housing Project
Outpost works with young people aged 16-25 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or who think they might be, and are homeless. Our support workers give assistance with accessing accommodation (including 8 flats linked to Outpost), budgeting, health issues etc.
